Just be yourself

That’s the typical advice for anyone to succeed in life.
In a sea of competition, all you can focus on is YOU: your mental health, your spiritual health, your wellbeing.
And in the world today, with so much division, it’s the perfect time to really figure out what you stand for and be your authentic self.
Honouring your instincts, your purpose, your way of doing things, your choices.
Anita Moorjani in her incredible book ‘Dying to be Me’ had to have a near death experience before she literally woke up to how amazing she is, because we are all amazing!
But her upbringing meant she didn’t feel that way about herself, she put herself down, she was filled with self-sabotage because she didn’t feel she measured up to what her Indian family, her society and what she expected herself to be. Her fear basically created Stage 4 cancer and, in what would seem to be an impossible situation, she was given the chance to see what she was doing to herself, what she was denying within herself, to come back and teach the rest of us.
Do you need a near death experience in order to realise just how insanely beautiful and valuable you are, right here, right now?
What’s happened in the world over the past 18 months has reminded us of what’s important.
Why waste any time?
Instead, get on with living your purpose, the perfect unfolding of who you truly are, a sovereign being… knowing all the while that you are connected to every other magnificent human and inanimate creature on the earth, at one with Nature.
United we stand, divided we fall.
‘As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.’ Marianne Williamson
Shine on…
